Muscle Worx- 1/12/15

My workout today was just 2 12 pound dumbbells. 

5 sets with 1 minute rests in between sets-

12 to 15 of each:

Bicep curls
Push ups
Triceps dips
Bench press
Hammer curls
Lateral raises
Tricep kickbacks
Seated bench presses
Arnold presses
1 minute plank
